What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging and unopened.
It must have been purchased within the last 30 days of your request.
What is the recommended mattress size for lift-up beds?
We recommend using a 10-inch mattress for all our lift-up storage beds, as it is the most compatible size.

Does my furniture come with a warranty?
Yes, all our furniture items include a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
Please note that this warranty does not cover wear and tear or liquid damage.
